j) Guests must vacate the room if they do not pay or when the duration of the reservation has ended, unless another agreement is reached with the hotel.

k) Guests who engage in ‘balconing’.

If any person found on the premises, under the conditions described above, may be expelled by the establishment owner or their representative, at any time, and the assistance of Law Enforcement Agencies may be requested.

2.- RULES DURING YOUR STAY AT THE ESTABLISHMENT

Movement and stay within the establishment shall be limited to areas reserved for guests, and guests may not, under any circumstances, access reserved or private rooms or spaces. Dress code shall be appropriate for each situation.

Express instructions from the hotel staff regarding behavior, dress code, decorum, and any other guidelines aimed at ensuring a pleasant stay for all hotel guests must be followed. The following rules must be complied with:

a) Wet access to the bar/restaurant is not permitted.

b) Removing furniture from inside the hotel to areas such as swimming pools or terraces is not permitted, nor may such furniture be used for any purpose other than that for which it was originally intended.

c) Consumption of beverages brought from outside the hotel in public areas is not permitted.

d) Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire establishment, except in designated outdoor areas provided by the hotel.

e) Sufficient caution must be exercised when using irons, appliances, or objects that generate heat, fire, or sparks, in each accommodation, under the guest's responsibility.

f) Cooperation in the access of persons not staying at the hotel establishment is prohibited. Such access must be expressly authorized in writing by the hotel staff.

g) Guests on an “All-Inclusive” plan are strictly restricted from accessing beverages to share with other guests.

h) Reserving sunbeds by leaving towels or personal items on them in the pool area is not permitted. Hotel staff will remove both towels and belongings from these.

i) Cash payments are not accepted in the bars and restaurants of this establishment. Every registered guest will have a credit system, with all their consumptions charged directly to their room, which can be settled at the reception at any convenient time. Guests may also, if they wish, make payments with a credit card at the time of purchase (cash payments can only be made at the hotel reception).

j) In case of detecting fraudulent operations or habits in the use of the credit service offered by the establishment to all its guests, you will be informed. Credit facilities may be modified or canceled at the hotel's discretion.

k) Rooms are equipped with a clothesline, therefore hanging clothes on room railings is not permitted.

l) Removing food from the hotel restaurants is not permitted.

m) Removing towels outside the hotel establishment is not permitted. All hotel services are for exclusive use within the premises.

n) Cooking in rooms using portable stoves is not permitted.

o) Pets and companion animals are not allowed, except for exceptions expressly accepted in advance by the hotel management for each guest.

p) ‘Balconing’ is prohibited. The hotel establishment is not responsible for any bodily harm a guest may inflict upon themselves by engaging in ‘balconing’. The hotel establishment will claim damages from any guest who engages in ‘balconing’ for any harm caused to the establishment (material damage or other expenses) that are a direct consequence of ‘balconing’. Engaging in ‘balconing’ by any hotel guest may result in expulsion from the hotel establishment, without generating any rights for refund or payment from the hotel to the guest. If necessary, assistance from state security forces and bodies (police) will be requested. Any costs incurred by the hotel for assisting a guest who engages in ‘balconing’ will be borne by the guest.
