In the company of our sommelier, you will discover the influence of volcanic soil and trade winds on the flavour of the wines.
During this tasting, you will enjoy wines made from endemic varieties unique in the world. The diversity of microclimates in the Canary Islands helps to create these very special wines, ranging from the freshest and most fruity whites to reds full of spicy nuances.
Hand-tended vineyards and artisan wineries are spread across the rugged geography of the islands, from the coast to the mountain slopes where the highest vines in Europe are found.
