Lifeguard hours
From 10:00 to 18:00.

Rules

• Please shower before using the pool.
  
• Do not use the facilities if you have been ill in the last 48 hours.
  
• No jumping. Depth 1.40 m.

Notice

Topless is not permitted.
Out of respect for all users, full swimwear is required at all times within the facilities.

Sun exposure
To protect yourself from sun exposure in Canarias, where UV radiation is high throughout the year, it is essential to follow five key measures: avoid the sun during peak hours; use physical protection (clothing, wide-brimmed hat, and UV-filter sunglasses); apply sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) generously and reapply it; always seek shade; and maintain good hydration and skin care.

The use of advanced photoprotection is recommended

Pool water parameters

In the lifeguard's hut, we have daily records of our pools' water parameters and the technical data sheets of the products used available to our guests.
