CONTRACTUAL PROCESS
For the purposes of Art. 27 of the LSSICE, the contractual process carried out through www.royalriver.es will be done through the following steps:
First: Selection of the hotel, offer, package or other hotel services on the main page using the search parameters, as well as the dates of stay.
Second: Choice of room type, number of rooms, and number of people.
Third: Selection of supplements and additional services with display of the final price. Insertion of personal data related to the reservation, as well as the bank card used as a guarantee for the reservation, and acceptance of the general reservation conditions.
Formalization of the reservation, display of confirmation page
Fifth: Sending of reservation confirmation email with reservation details.
Upon formalizing the reservation, an electronic document will be generated which will subsequently be incorporated into the owner's files. The user will at all times have full access to and knowledge of it by means of an email containing its content sent at the completion of the reservation process.
Once the reservation has been formalized, the client is requested to review its content so that they can identify possible material errors in data entry; if correction is necessary, the user may call the central reservation phone number (+34) 922788482 or send an email to river@luxurytenerifehotels.com providing the identifying data of the reservation.
COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY
5.1. In the "online" reservation service, security and confidentiality in transactions are guaranteed.
5.2. The connection to the transactional service is made through a secure server. This is the standard internet security technology, Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which applies an encryption system to provide maximum confidentiality for the data transmitted through it. The information is transmitted encrypted, ensuring that it is only intelligible to the client's computer and the website owner's server.
